Day Four

Both my boys are home with me again today. Amanda is coming over with Adelaide so Toby gets some more playtime with one his friends. Charlie has a diaper rash that kept him up all night, he seems to be allergic to the cream we have. He woke up at 1am, thankfully Ben got up with him and dealt with it all night. I was still exhausted from the 3am wake up call the day before. We both have colds but mine is a few days behind Ben so he is feeling better than I at the moment. Wishing Mum was here so that we could both get some rest. Diego and Dora are a big help. Yesterday was lovely but intense, I got ten minutes in a room without children when Ben got home which was lovely. Now if I can reschedule my hair appointment for Saturday (doubtful), and find someone to watch the boys tonight while Ben and I got to separate church meetings, I'll be contented. I need some time with my mum's group!!

Day Three

Toby's friend Finn is coming over to play today, so Toby stayed home from daycare. It would be lovely but Charlie wouldn't wake up to eat at 9.30 last night so he ate at 6.30 pm then woke up at 3.30 this morning and then refused to go back to sleep. It's 7.43 am and I've already been up for FOUR HOURS. Toby decided to throw several fits while Ben was in the shower and my goodness my patience is wearing thin.
